In conjunction with the Singapore Food Festival, Din Tai Fung offers a gastronomic dining experience with the much anticipated Steamed Chilli Crab Dumplings. Inspired by Singaporeans’ all-time favorite delicacy, these Chilli Crab Dumplings will set to tantalize your taste buds with the use of traditional piquant condiments; to stir in a hint of local flavor and that extra touch of perfection.

At 40% larger than the signature Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Pork Dumplings), this palatable delight consists of a concoction of spicy, succulent crabmeat and steaming consommé ensconced within a delicate, translucent skin.

The Chilli Crab Dumplings are available at all Din Tai Fung outlets from 1 July 2009.
