CapitaLand Retail has also partnered Shenzhen International Trust & Investment Co. Ltd to own / manage 21 malls, anchored by Wal-Mart, in 21 provincial cities across China. These malls under the joint ventures comprise a total gross floor area of over 1.1 million sq m with an aggregate asset value of approximately US$1.1 billion.
